Information you send us
If you contact us through the website, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address, business details and message. Enquiries go to [email protected]. Our proposed process is to review unconverted enquiries and delete them after 12 months. A reply to your enquiry does not sign you up for marketing.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 is optional and loads only after you opt in. We do not use advertising cookies or use analytics for advertising. You can change or withdraw your analytics choice through Privacy preferences. The intended user and event retention setting is two months; this setting does not delete aggregate reports. The site stores your analytics choice and a limited record of counted enquiry events in local storage for up to 180 days. These event records contain a random receipt identifier, not your enquiry details.
Security and service providers
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the enquiry form. The form may use a necessary retry cookie for up to 10 minutes so a temporary send problem can be retried. Provider roles, hosting details, processing locations and any international transfers still need to be confirmed before this draft is approved.
Your choices and questions
You can ask us about an enquiry you sent or request that it be corrected or deleted by emailing the public scrll inbox above. The applicable legal rights and response process depend on the controller and jurisdiction details that remain to be confirmed.
